| 1. This price list is effective from 01.01.2011 and supersedes all the earlier ones. |
| 2. In view of continuous innovation & improvement, K-Lite R&D reserves the right to make changes in the data / details without prior notice. |
| 3. The prices are ex-factory CHENNAI. |
| 4. The prices are subject to change without any prior notice. |
| 5. The prices are inclusive of excise duty and education cess at the prevailing rates but exclusive of taxes, octroi and any other levies. |
| 6. The prices of luminaires are exclusive of cost of TUBES / LAMPS (except LED / Fibre Optics luminaires). |
| 7. Sketches are not to scale. General manufacturing tolerances are applicable to the dimensions furnished. |
| 8. For the non-integral luminaires the cost of ballasts, ignitors, capacitors, control gear box are extra. |
| 9. The luminaires indicated as HPF type are provided with required capacitors. |
| 10. All fluorescent luminaires except consumer luminaires are provided with capacitor unless otherwise indicated. |
| 11. Order shall accompany with an advance of 30% and balance against Proforma Invoice. |
| 12. Disputes, if any, are subject to CHENNAI jurisdiction only. |
